Create your Qwikrender account in minutes and start creating stunning architectural visualizations.

Signing Up

Option 1: Email and Password

1. Go to Sign Up
2. Enter your information:
   • Full name
   • Email address
   • Password (minimum 6 characters)
   • Confirm password
3. Accept the Terms of Service
4. Click "Create account"
5. Check your email for a verification link
6. Click the link to verify your email

Important: You need to verify your email before you can sign in.

Option 2: Quick Signup with Google or GitHub

1. Go to Sign Up
2. Click "Google" or "GitHub"
3. Authorize Qwikrender in the popup
4. Your account is created automatically

Note: Use the same provider (Google or GitHub) for future logins.

Signing In

Email and Password

1. Go to Login
2. Enter your email and password
3. Check "Remember Me" to stay signed in (optional)
4. Click "Sign in"

Having trouble?

• Make sure you verified your email (check spam folder)
• Try resetting your password
• Contact support if issues persist

Google or GitHub Login

1. Go to Login
2. Click the same provider you used for signup
3. You're signed in automatically

Account Settings

Access settings from your profile menu or go to Settings.

Profile

• Update your name and email
• Change your profile picture
• Add a bio

Security

• Change your password
• View active sessions
• Security activity log

Notifications

• Email notifications
• In-app notifications
• Marketing emails (opt-in/opt-out)

Billing

• View credit balance
• Purchase credits
• Manage subscription
• View transaction history

Render Preferences

• Default quality settings
• Default aspect ratio
• Default style preferences

Understanding Credits

Qwikrender uses credits to generate renders. You get 25 free credits when you sign up.

Credit Costs

Image Generation:

• Standard Quality: 5 credits
• High Quality: 10 credits
• Ultra Quality: 15 credits

Video Generation:

• Costs vary by duration and model

Upscaling:

• Varies based on scale factor

Getting More Credits

1. Free Credits: 25 credits when you sign up
2. Subscription Plans: Monthly credits included
3. One-time Purchase: Buy credits from Billing
4. Referrals: Coming soon

Managing Credits

• View balance at Billing
• Purchase credits anytime
• Track usage in transaction history

Account Management

Update Your Profile

1. Go to Profile
2. Click "Edit Profile"
3. Update your information
4. Click "Save Changes"

Change Password

1. Go to Settings
2. Click "Change Password"
3. Enter current and new password
4. Click "Update Password"

Email Verification

If you need to verify or change your email:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click "Verify Email" or "Change Email"
3. Check your email for the verification link

Delete Account

Warning: This is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll to "Danger Zone"
3. Click "Delete Account"
4. Enter your password and type "DELETE" to confirm

Troubleshooting

Can't Sign In

• Verify your email address is correct
• Check spam folder for verification email
• Use password reset if needed
• Clear browser cache
• Try incognito/private mode
• Contact support if issues persist

Email Verification Issues

• Check spam/junk folder
• Wait a few minutes (emails can be delayed)
• Request a new verification email from settings
• Try a different email provider
• Contact support

OAuth Login Issues

• Use the same provider (Google/GitHub) you used for signup
• Check OAuth account permissions
• Clear browser cache
• Try a different browser

Credit Issues

• Refresh the page
• Wait a few minutes for sync
• Check transaction history
• Contact support with transaction details
